Why is GALIAT tasty and healthy?
Advantages
The water originates in the ecologically clean area of high-mountain Digoria, where mountain ranges and glaciers dominate at altitudes of 4000 meters and above.
Unique Source
The taste of Galiat's glacial meltwater is soft, yet perfectly balanced and has a unique natural composition. The mineralization of the water occurs naturally as it flows from the glaciers, filtering multiple times through the mountain rocks, and enriching itself with salts, minerals, and trace elements.
Mild Taste
Modern equipment is used for extraction and bottling, ensuring no harmful impact on the environment. Strict quality control is maintained at every stage of production.

Historical Monuments
Galiat is a unique medieval architectural monument in the mountains of the Caucasus. The houses were built in tiers, where the roof of one house served as the yard for another. Galiat is known for its multi-story residential buildings from the 10th century and Ossetian ganakh towers, consisting of four floors.
Archaeological Mysteries
A distinctive feature of Galiat is its petroglyphs — ancient rock carvings that remain a mystery to historians. The depictions of a plowman and animals represent ethnographic value and an unrealized form of writing, unique for studying the ancient culture of the region.
History
Galiat was renowned for its wealth and prosperity. As early as the 10th century, there were water supply systems, sewage, and large craft workshops here. Livestock trade was well-developed, and Galiat’s bulls and lambs were in demand far beyond ancient Ossetia. The famous Silk Road passed through Galiat, which contributed to the development of trade and the economy.
